ABOUT US

Edge Therapy Solutions is a comprehensive, in-house rehabilitation therapy offering created by two leaders in aging services, Flagship Rehabilitation and Asbury Communities, Inc.

EDGE SOLUTIONS

EDGE grew out of discussions around creating an innovative therapy services offering that would bring the best of contracted therapy and in-house therapy management to senior living providers, particularly in light of the new dynamic created by the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM).

EDGE aligns with the goals and interests of your community:

  • EDGE provides vital support and expertise similar to contract therapy
  • EDGE promotes/maintains therapy salaries at industry standard rates
  • EDGE improves job satisfaction for therapists
  • EDGE yields higher net reimbursement for your community

Strong leadership in the therapy department is vital to the success of your community. EDGE management effectively holds therapy teams accountable, resulting in improved quality, increased margins, and reduced turnover.
